Thrive Church…3 Musts for this Sunday

It’s almost Sunday! And, as you may, that excites me! IMG_5216

There’s just nothing that compares with gathering with my Thrive family on Sunday! I love getting there early to help set up, pray over the seats and spend time talking and getting to know each other. Then, at 915, all the volunteers Huddle together in the lobby and laugh, we celebrate and we pray.

Then…people start coming! It’s 930am and the lobby starts to fill up. There is music on. People are laughing and talking. Kids are bouncing on the bounce house. People are grabbing coffee and donuts and it’s just awesome.

About 950am people start to head to theater one and to drop off their kids in Thrive Kidz.

So, if you’re a part of Thrive Church, here are a few things you have to know for this Sunday.

3 Musts for Sunday

1. Be there!!! Yes, be there. Please make every effort to be at Thrive this Sunday. Bring your family and friends and be at Thrive. We need you there because we are going to take a few minutes to bring Matt Moore and his family upfront and lay hands on them and pray for them. Why? Because on May 1st Matt officially started on staff with Thrive and we’re going to ask God to bless Matt as he begins this new journey.

2. Are you in a valley or ever been there? A valley is a season of life when it just seems like you keep taking wrong turns everywhere and you wonder if you’ll ever get to where you’re going. This Sunday, we’re going to dive in and see what God says about how to deal with and overcome those seasons of life. IMG_4942

If you know someone who is struggling, please invite them! Email them. Call them. Text them.

3. The Baptism and Family Swim is postponed. I am super bummed about this, but we have to reschedule this event. Our next baptism will be our outdoor baptism and bbq on August 24th!! Get ready!!!

Ok, I can’t wait to see you! I’m praying for you and I know God is going to give us each some next steps this Sunday.
